FAQ

Can people see career paths from their current role?

Yes they can see an interactive chart from their own role with lateral and vertical pathways – they can also see the roles for selected parts of the organization – or all roles – depending on how you decide to set the permissions.

Can we use role profiles for hiring/performance?

Yes role profiles have a print facility that can produce documents to be used for hiring.  Role profiles for values based behaviours and core competencies will appear automatically in performance appraisals if you enable this.

Do we need a new learning catalog?

No. If you have a learning management system resources can be mapped via API to our learning catalogue.  You can add informal resources such as Go to People and Policy Guides or links to SharePoint files as needed. You can also link to any external learning resource platforms you subscribe to.

Can we see where each individual is in terms of role readiness?

Yes the Individual’s Capability Passport has a detailed view of  all the Capabilities/Competencies they have – and a Gap view against their assigned role profiles – for current role and any aspirational roles linked for their  career development.
