- Our enterprise level architecture uses system roles, policies and tight security to meet SOC2 Type 2 certification requirements
- Integrations are available to HR and Learning Management systems as well as subscribed on line Learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Pluralsight etc. as well as Single Sign on.
- You use configurable permission structures to assign admins and competency subject matter experts/coordinators per designated area(s) that you create.
- You can control visibility of competencies, requirement profiles, learning resources and development programmes by configurable organizational structure.
- Each area or discipline can design their own competency structures and management process to mirror what they do now. A centralized approach can be achieved later if required.

What does version control look like day-to-day?
Publication profiles for the competency library and requirement profiles. Once used in assessments competency items cannot be changed – Revision tools minimise administrative work. Old versions preserve integrity of historical records and can be viewed on demand. Comprehensive audit trail for changes.
Do we have to assess everything?
Can we run different cycles per team/site?
Is there a limit to the items we can assess?
No – you can have as many competencies and competency criteria as you need. You can add further assessment items in the form of competency or learning resource linked knowledge tests, and forms that you create. Assessments can be done over time for example onboarding assessments – and competencies audited annually according to the individual’s renewal schedule.
