What modules do I need to get started?

You can start with just the foundational modules (Role & Capability Architecture and/or the Competency Library). From there, you can add other modules as your needs grow — such as assessment, performance, career, or succession.

Can we add modules later without re-implementation?

Yes. Centranum is modular and configurable. You can add new modules at any time, and they will integrate automatically with the data you’ve already set up.

How secure is the system?

Centranum is SOC 2 certified, with enterprise-grade data protection, role-based access controls, and full audit logging. Each client’s data is hosted in its own isolated database.

Does Centranum integrate with existing HR or LMS systems?

Yes. You can import data from your HRIS, and the Learning Resource Catalogue can incorporate listings from your existing LMS or training provider. We also provide APIs for other integrations.

How long does implementation take?

Most clients can be up and running in weeks. Since Centranum is highly configurable, timelines depend on the number of modules you select and whether you already have role or competency frameworks in place.
