No you use your own frameworks – we support almost all structures and formats and your own terminology

Where does training fit?

We populate a learning resource catalogue from your LMS, link resources to competencies,  and  sync completions from your training records  alongside on-the-job assessment evidence.  We also have a full training administration facility if you don’t have an LMS.

What does “versioned” mean in practice?

Skills/Competency library, role descriptions and other records all have publication protocols so we can retain previous versions along with the historical records that use them.

How do we start gradually?

Start with one job family or unit – publish roles/expectations, and run a small pilot to capture capability & performance data – expand once it works.
