Individual development planning
The Centranum Individual Development Planning module is fully integrated with all other Talent Management functionality to ensure training initiatives are fully relevant to the organisation's needs.
It allows individuals to plan and take responsibility for their own personal development.
Staff and Managers are assisted to identify cost effective development strategies using the organisations own customised library of learning strategies and development resources. Library resources cover informal resources as well as training courses.
Individual HRadvance Development Plans can be downloaded and printed as PDF-files.
Consolidated reporting provides information on progress status,
including time spent and costs incurred.
